Step 4 – After successful support service engineer can enter the report on the app. The report can be viewed by admin and branch head.

1. Admin will receive when customer submit a request
2. Branch head with receive a notification when admin assign a support request
3. Service engineer will receive a notification when the branch head assign a service request.
4. After completion of the service engineer submit the report on his app. The admin & branch head will receive the notification.
